Position: Member Experience Coordinator
Reports to: Membership & Strategic Partnership Director
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
The Member Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional and efficient experience for all members of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), from first-time enrollees to charter members. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for membership inquiries and will provide support across multiple departments to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Support & Inquiries:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming membership and inquiry calls, addressing member needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the membership/inquiry voicemail system and ensure responses are provided in a timely manner.
- Process and maintain records for the following:
- New Members
- Member Reinstates
- Membership Renewals
- Workshop and Specialty course registrations
- Event Registrations
- Handle renewals and reinstatements submitted via US mail.
Member Engagement & Conversion:
- Lead phone campaigns to drive positive membership conversions and achieve organizational goals.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of PTR/PPR membership, workshops, and educational opportunities to prospective and existing members.
- Provide assistance to members with login issues related to the Member Portal, Learning Management System (LMS), and TennisGate.
Partnership Development & Outreach:
- Support the development and management of smaller-level partnerships, ensuring positive and productive collaborations.
- Assist in outreach efforts to potential partners and sponsors, including supporting trade show booths and partnership opportunities.
Cross-Departmental Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless membership services and support across departments.
- Ensure alignment of membership engagement efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the racquet sports industry.
- Knowledge of PTR/PPR membership and educational offerings (or the ability to
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse and dynamic team.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic personality
Preferred:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
