Position: Creative Marketing Associate
Reports to: Marketing Director
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
The Creative Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing dynamic campaigns and promoting brand messaging through visual storytelling. The role involves designing engaging digital content, creating print materials, and contributing to video production efforts. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the visibility and engagement of PTR/PPR initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Content Creation:
- Develop promotional graphics for email campaigns, social media, print advertisements, and website content.
- Contribute to the creation of short-form videos to promote events, social campaigns, and organizational initiatives
- Design layouts and visuals for brochures, programs, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative strategies for membership growth, event promotion, and brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring cohesive visual representation of PTR/PPR.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Assist in planning and producing social media content that increases engagement, builds community, and highlights member stories, events, and news.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to maintain a strong and responsive brand presence.
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow visibility and reach on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Brand Engagement:
- Assist in the development of campaigns that drive engagement and community involvement within the racquet sports community.
Job Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or current pursuit of the degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout composition, and typography.
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of camera functions for photography and videography.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for sports, community-building, and visual storytelling.
Preferred:
- Experience working in sports marketing or within a racquet sports organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with trends in social media and digital marketing strategies for engagement.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
