In the episode, "Closet Clashes and Bathroom Battles," a couple ready to leave apartment life behind shops for their first home in Tampa. With their debts paid off, one wants to keep costs low with a fixer-upper. The other would rather get the home they want now.
"I grew up here, and I've watched this whole area change," Rose said. "Getting to show the country what buying a home in Tampa Bay actually looks like, and then watching it with my neighbors, is the best part."

The watch party begins at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Zephyrhills Brewing Company, 38938 Fifth Ave., in downtown Zephyrhills. It follows the city's Halloween Howl, which runs 4 to 9 p.m. downtown. The event is open to the public, and guests must be 21 or older. Zephyrhills Brewing Company is partnering on the event and will stay open after the episode ends at 10:30 p.m.
