WATSON CLINIC ANNOUNCES UPCOMING CPR CLASS SCHEDULE
 
Lakeland, FL – Watson Clinic is pleased to offer a series of resuscitation classes that are open to the public. Led by Watson Clinic ACLS Instructor Claire Jaworsky, RN, BSN, each class provides participants with the training and certification they need to become proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association. In addition, we now offer American Red Cross (ARC) Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended courses for community members and non-healthcare professionals who need certification for their employment or simply want to be better prepared for emergencies.
 
“You never know when you might encounter someone undergoing a life-or-death situation,” says Ms. Jaworsky. “Your ability to act fast with the proper skills can make all the difference. This training will help you respond confidently with life-saving measures during your everyday activities or in your work environment.”
 
The class schedules for the months of August and September are as follows:
 
Saturday, August 22
ARC: 8:00 am - 10:00 am
 
Saturday, August 29
PALS: 8:30 am - 10:45 am
BLS: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
ACLS: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
 
Saturday, September 12
BLS: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
ACLS: 9:30 am - 11:30 am
BLS: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
ACLS: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
 
Monday, September 21
ARC: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
 
Saturday, September 26
BLS:  8:00 am – 9:00 am
ACLS: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
BLS: 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
 
Each class takes place at the Watson Clinic Center for Education building at 1520 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland. Full-day site training for offices and facilities is also available. Class fees are $50 for Basic Life Support, $150 for Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support or Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and $92 for the American Red Cross (ARC) blended courses. These fees are payable in advance when you RSVP for the class session of your choice at WatsonClinic.com/CPR.
