Volunteers Needed to Keep Pasco Beautiful
~~Annual countywide event prevents debris from entering waters~~
PASCO COUNTY, FL ---- Get your volunteer shoes ready! Keep Pasco Beautiful is partnering with Pasco County for its annual Keep Pasco Beautiful Cleanup! Your help in picking up litter on roadways and public spaces throughout the county – makes our community a better place to live.
It’s estimated that 80% of the trash in our waterways starts on land. Help us prevent trash and debris from entering our stormwater system, which often ends up in our waterways and can flow into the Gulf.
Keep Pasco Beautiful Event Details:
WHEN: Saturday, September 20, 2025
TIME: 8 a.m. – noon (flexible)
WHERE: Various Pasco County Locations
Register to volunteer HERE through September 8, 2025. We’ll provide disposable gloves, trash bags and Keep Pasco Beautiful Cleanup T-shirts, while supplies last.
This event is part of the International Coastal Cleanup coordinated by Ocean Conservancy. Since 1986, this worldwide event has collected more than 380 million pounds of trash, thanks to more than 18 million volunteers.
The Keep Pasco Beautiful Cleanup is a partnership among Keep Pasco Beautiful, Pasco County, the Rotary Club of New Port Richey, Reworld Pasco, the Surfing’s Evolution & Preservation Foundation and Tampa Bay Water. For more information about Keep Pasco Beautiful, visit: KeepPascoBeautiful.org.
