Pasco’s Better Future Program Provides Keys to New Home

 
PASCO COUNTY, FL  ----  Pasco County’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resources is proud to announce two major milestones in our Better Future Individual Housing Program.  Keys to a brand-new manufactured home are now in the hands of a local woman whose home was destroyed during the 2024 hurricane season.

More good news – we’re also expanding support to help more homeowners! Pasco is now accepting applications for our Better Future Individual Housing Program from households that have a higher income threshold – $96,360 for one person and $137,640 for four people, for example.
 
If you need help repairing, rebuilding or replacing your home damaged by Hurricanes Idalia, Helene or Milton – you can NOW apply if your household income meets these 120% Area Median Income (AMI) limits.
