~~Your involvement can help shape the future of rural Pasco~~

DADE CITY, FL  ----  Pasco County is growing, and we want to grow together.  If you live or work near the Jessamine area, around I-75 and Blanton Road, Pasco’s Planning, Development and Economic Growth team invites you to join us for a hands‑on community planning workshop.  This is your chance to help guide that growth while keeping the community’s unique character alive.

WHAT:          Jessamine Speaks: Community Planning Workshop
WHEN:          Monday, December 15, 2025 | 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
WHERE:       Hugh Embry Library, 14215 4th Street, Dade City

Whether you’re a resident, business owner or have personal interest in the area, this interactive workshop offers community members an opportunity to form a shared vision for the future of Jessamine.  Collaborate with us to develop a plan that:

  • Preserves rural charm and heritage
  • Protects scenic views and natural beauty
  • Promotes thoughtful design and landscaping
  • Reduces noise and environmental impact
  • Supports local jobs and smart economic opportunities

Jessamine Speaks is more than just a meeting — it’s your chance to shape how our community grows,” says Commissioner Ron Oakley.  “We want to ensure future development reflects the values and priorities of the people who live here.”
