About Us

S&R Services LLC (Simple & Reliable Services) is an independent Medicare and ACA insurance agency proudly serving Florida seniors since 2009. Founded by Rosie Paulsen, RSSA® — one of Florida's Top 50 Most Influential Leaders — our agency was built on a simple belief: every senior deserves a dedicated expert in their corner, at no cost to them.
Before founding S&R Services, Rosie spent nearly a decade at American Express Travel Services and launched her insurance career with Humana Health Care in 2004. She earned her Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities license in 2005 and founded S&R Services in 2009 — formerly known as Good Faith Insurance Services.
Our Agency Partners are servant leaders trained to listen first, educate always, and never rush a client into a decision. We work with top Medicare carriers, including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Devoted Health, and compare plans across carriers to find what truly fits each client's needs and budget.
We are bilingual in English and Spanish, serve the entire state of Florida, and are proud members of the East Pasco community. Our commitment is simple: lead with a servant's heart, provide honest guidance, and make Medicare simple for every senior we serve.
