Bingham Commercial Real Estate-Brian Orr

Brian Orr is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Bingham Commercial Real Estate in Dade City and the principal of Brimeli Capital. He helps business owners, investors, and landowners buy, sell, lease, and invest in commercial real estate, with a focus on land and development opportunities.

Brian serves on the Dade City Planning Board, is President of BNI Main Street, and teaches business development and artificial intelligence classes through the East Pasco Chamber of Commerce. He has invested in real estate since 2015. Before entering real estate full time, Brian served as a firefighter with the FDNY and has spent more than 20 seasons coaching youth sports.
