The City of Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time Community Planner to join our team!
 
This position plays an important role in supporting the City’s planning and historic preservation efforts, including development review, zoning and land use, historic district standards, preservation programs, and public education. The Community Planner also works closely with property owners, developers, real estate professionals, and residents to provide guidance on City codes, regulations, and planning requirements.
