SALARY AND SUPERVISION
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 4pm; Some early morning, evening, and weekend hours
Supervise: No
Report to CEO
Annual Review by CEO
 
REIMBURSEMENT AND INCENTIVES:
$50/month cell phone reimbursement – employee not responsible for afterhours calls.  
Mileage at IRS rate for business travel over 15 miles one-way
Healthcare Insurance covered 100% for employee only
 
VACATION AND LEAVE:
PTO per year: per handbook; 5 days per year, accruing after 90-day review, 10 days after first year
Paid Holidays per Board Approval: 13 days per calendar year
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
Coordinate and Maintain Membership Accounts and Services.
Implement Member Recruitment and Retention Plan of Action as determined in the Annual Program of Work.
Including but not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate membership records (membership database, website, invoice records)
  • Assist in selling chamber memberships through personal visits, direct mail, presentations, etc.
  • Assist in selling advertising space in all chamber publications.
  • Encourage participation in chamber member programs.
  • Maintain accurate membership information on Database and Listings at all times.
  • Provide monthly membership reports to the CEO
  • Assist with planning member programs and services
 
OFFICE SUPPORT
Assist in the office and for the President/CEO:
  • General Bookkeeping
  • Community Calendar updates and postings (Lobby and Website)
  • Ensure upkeep for office and membership supplies, office equipment
  • Assist Visitors and Business Center as needed
  • Assist Membership, Marketing and Events staff as needed
  • Assist with Chamber events and support staff and volunteers at events as needed
  • Provide administrative support to special projects of the President/CEO

Ribbon Cuttings/Grand Openings – Ad Hoc
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extensive Customer Service and Marketing experience
Event Coordination and Management experience
Self-motivated Team Player
Knowledge of East Pasco Business Community and Chambers of Commerce
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Quick Books
 
QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)
Marketing Collateral Layout and Editing Skills
Education: 4-year degree or equivalent in work experience
Knowledge of Digital and Social Media Marketing Platforms
Experience with Community and Civic group organizations
