Weekly Virtual Warrior Group
Warrior Groups are a safe place for Veterans to come together in unity, allowing us to open up and share in a faith-based, peer-to-peer setting. These groups provide us with a sense of support and comradery, while encouraging the use of healthy coping skills in order to better support our ability to identify, understand, and face our triggers, our stressors, and our responses to aversiveness while empowering one another.
