help with your smartphone, tablet, or computer? Sign up at the library or call 727-834-3204 to schedule an appointment with our technology volunteer, Jon. Available by appointment Every other Thursday between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Information we need to know: Do you have specific help you need, or do you need general technology assistance? What type of device(s) do you have? What is the operating system/version? Jon is able to help with:- understanding how Wi-Fi, data, and cell phones work- troubleshooting problems you have with using these- understanding what your specific needs are when shopping for a computer (please note, he cannot recommend specific products)- Windows 11, Excel, Word, Visio, Notepad and some other Microsoft Apps- how to use Google effectively and how to solve almost any problem by searching Google- Apple phones and tablets. If you need help with anything else, please make an appointment with a library staff member and we would be happy to assist you.
