Join us each week to socialize and have fun with other teens in our community. This week we will focus on getting mentally healthy for the next year. Discover the power of holistic wellness at our event! Engage in a Wellness Vision activity, learn Breathing and Meditation techniques, explore how stretching "Your Way" releases stress and build healthier brain, and practice Mindful Eating.
