Sounds and Meditation
Join us for a morning of sound and yoga. This class incorporates the calming effects of sound and yoga to give a relaxing start to your Sunday morning. It will be held at Wesley Chapel Recreation Complex from 9am-10:30am and is $10 a person. The registration link is below in the website section.
