Chamber Challenge Food Drive
The North Tampa Bay Chamber, Greater Pasco Chamber, and East Pasco Chamber have joined forces with The Thomas Promise Foundation and Vortex Car Wash to launch an Emergency Food Drive for Our Community Kids.
From October 29 – November 7, we will collect non-perishable food items to help ensure no child or family in our community goes hungry. Each Chamber office — along with Vortex Car Wash — will serve as a drop-off location.
To make things a little more fun, we’re turning this into a Chamber Challenge to see which Chamber can collect the most pounds of food. It’s a great way to rally our members, partners, and staff around a cause that truly matters.
Please note, this effort is not a political initiative or response, but rather a humanitarian and community-focused collaboration designed to support families in need. Our goal is simple — to care for our neighbors during a time of uncertainty.
All donations will be distributed through our member, The Thomas Promise Foundation, ensuring they reach families who need them most.
I’m incredibly proud to see our Chambers coming together in this way — it’s proof that collaboration, compassion, and leadership define who we are.
Donation Dates: October 29 – November 7
Drop-Off Locations: North Tampa Bay Chamber, Greater Pasco Chamber, East Pasco Chamber, Hilton Garden Inn and Vortex Car Wash
Items Needed: Non-perishable foods (canned goods, boxed meals, snacks, cereals, peanut butter, etc.)
If any of you would like to help promote the drive, volunteer, or even host a collection box at your business, please let me know. Every can and every share makes a difference.
Together, we can make sure that no child in Pasco County goes hungry.
