Blood Pressure Class
Through the partnership of UF/Pasco County Extension and AdventHealth, learn how healthy lifestyle habits let you reach and maintain a healthy blood pressure. 4-week series begins Wednesday, September 4th and ends Wednesday September 25th and runs from11am- 12pm each week (each Wednesday in September).
Come early first and last week to get your blood pressure screened!
In these weekly classes, learn about risk factors of hypertension, the importance of food journals, minerals that play a role in blood pressure, food labels, physical activity, and more. Pre-registration on Event Brite is required. You will receive a welcome email prior to September 4th.
