DESCRIPTION:Through the partnership of UF/Pasco County Extension and AdventHealth\, learn how healthy lifestyle habits let you reach and maintain your weight loss goals and get FREE fruits and vegetables after attending each class. 6-week series begins Wednesday\, June 7th and ends Wednesday July 12th and runs from11:00am - 12:00pm each week. Produce distribution is on-site immediately following the class.\n\n\n\nIn these weekly classes\, learn about nutrients\, the importance of food journals\, meal planning\, healthy portion sizes\, food labels\, physical activity\, and more. Each participant/household will be eligible for a $10 bag of fruits and vegetables for attending each session ($60 in fresh food for attending all 6 sessions!). Pre-registration on Event Brite is required. You will receive further communication and a welcome email just prior to June 7th.
