Citizens Bank & Trust Acquires The Bullard Agency to Expand Subsidiary Services
 
February 2, 2026, Lake Wales -- Citizens Bank & Trust announced today that it has acquired the business of The Bullard Agency in Lake Wales and will operate under the newly created business name: Bullard Insurance, Inc. – a subsidiary of Citizens Bank & Trust. The subsidiary will begin servicing all insurance policies previously managed by The Bullard Agency.
 
“The Bullard Agency has proudly served our community since 1939, faithfully assisting generations of customers,” stated Greg Littleton, CEO of Citizens Bank & Trust and president of Bullard Insurance. “Uniting them with the Bank’s 105-year history provides a solid foundation for both current and future customers.”
 
Megan Donley will lead the new subsidiary. Ms. Donley most recently served as the Organizational Talent Development Officer at Citizens Bank & Trust and has more than a decade of office management and financial services experience. In addition, Wendy Barrett, who has been a dedicated part of the Agency – faithfully serving customers for more than 40 years – will continue in her role at Bullard Insurance.
