AMSkills Career Discovery Bootcamp
The Career Discovery Bootcamp is a fast-track, entry-level job placement program designed for individuals ready to build real, industry-relevant technical skills and transition quickly into the workforce.
Over two weeks, participants gain hands-on experience in hand tools, robotics, soldering, electrical systems, mechatronics fundamentals, print reading, and precision measurement- building a strong foundation for careers in manufacturing, utilities, and industrial environments.

Structured troubleshooting methods
Workplace safety and professional readiness
Throughout the program, participants earn industry-recognized certifications and engage directly with employers through lunch & learns, career coaching, mock interviews, and structured interview preparation.
